Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the tutionai app and website.
1. Eligibility & accounts
Teachers create classes and are responsible for how their class, including any minor students, uses tutionai. Do not share class join codes outside your tuition. One account per person.
2. Fair use
- Do not attempt to scrape the question bank in bulk or automate answering.
- Do not enter answers you obtained from another account's session.
- Teachers may only mark topics taught in their own class.
We can suspend accounts that break these rules, especially those gaming rankings or XP.
3. Rankings & reports
Class league rankings and topic reports are for motivation and insight. They are not official academic assessments and should not be presented as certified academic records.
4. Content & intellectual property
Question banks are generated and curated by tutionai. Syllabus alignment (MSBSHSE 11th & 12th Physics / Chemistry, 62 chapters) is our own mapping. While we strive for accuracy, the app is a practice tool and does not replace textbook study, tuition teaching or your teacher's guidance.
5. Pilot program
tutionai is currently in an invite pilot for Maharashtra tuition classes. Features, pricing and limits may change, and we may wind down or restrict access during the pilot with notice to teachers' accounts.
6. Your data
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, including student and parental rights.
7. Liability
tutionai is provided "as is" during the pilot. We are not liable for exam outcomes, lost study time, data loss caused by third-party infrastructure, or decisions made based on in-app reports.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as features change. Material changes will be announced in-app to teachers and on this page with a revised date.
